NT Land Legislation Amendment Act 2023

On 2 January 2024, the NT Land Legislation Amendment Act 2023 changed how transactions are done at the Land Titles Office (LTO).

Details of the changes can be found on the Land Titles Office website: Lodging with the Land Titles Office, NT.GOV.AU.

All parties to a property transaction are required to complete Verification of Identity (VOI) requirements along with completing the nationally approved Client Authorisation Form.

Outback Conveyancing Services have teamed with InfoTrack to support this process. InfoTrackID is an online identity verification platform that allows you to complete your Verification of Identity (VOI) in a consistent, secure and compliant way.
